  • Shipping is only in Aus at this stage. When the business grows, International shipping will be on the radar. In the mean time, you can download a digital print!

    Standard Shipping ( 4-7 days)

    $14.60 for A3 poster via Australia Post

    $10.60 for A4 and A5 prints via Australia Post

  • From the moment you purchase your item, we will aim to dispatch it within 1-3 business days then allow up to 7 days for delivery. Please note this is a small business run by one person.

    Most prints in the superhero collection are ready to go, however there may be a slight delay if more printing orders need to be made. In this case, you will be notified on which stage your print is in.

  • I try my best to ensure your print stays safe from when it is in my hands to yours. Your print is wrapped consciously in our best efforts to avoid damage by layering it with cardboard, tissue paper and a protective sleeve inside a rigid envelope that should not bend.

    Unfortunately we cannot always prevent mailers getting bent and destructive weather. If your print is damaged, please take a photo and discretion will be used to implement a refund or exchange. Please get in contact within 14 days from the arrival of your print. If a refund is granted, it will be issued once the item has been returned.

  • At this stage, is it just prints however there are a few projects underway and ideas to transform these prints into something else!

  • If you have not received any emails form us, it is likely there has been a typo in your email address when placing the order or the email we have sent has been caught in the spam folder by your email provider. If you still can’t find your order confirmation/shipping notification, please be get in contact via email so we can make sure that we have actually received your order

  • At this stage, frames are not included in deliveries with prints. Feel free to send an email or instagram message to passaprints if you would like any recommendations for sizing.

  • Returns due to “change of mind” will be not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

    Refunds are not applicable towards digital products i.e products downloaded through your device.

    Please note that all prints have been checked by the manufacturer and will only be refunded in the case of postal damage. If the print is damaged by general wear and tear, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

    REFUND PROCESS:

    Send photo of damaged product to email address lp@passaprints.com.au within 14 days of purchase.

    If a refund has been approved, attach proof of purchase to the parcel (printed receipt/invoice or bank statement)

    Take parcel to your local post office.

    The refund will be issued once returned to Passa Prints.

  • All prints are at a high resolution of 350gsm. Do not fold or bend prints. All A4 prints have a white border with a hand signed Passa Prints signature.
